These Terms of Service govern your use of WorkerShield, a product of Calopsis.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkerShield, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WorkerShield is a SaaS platform for recruitment agencies to track worker documents and receive automated expiry alerts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full Basic plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial, accounts automatically move to the Free plan.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation.

7. Data and Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Worker data is encrypted at rest. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use WorkerShield for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

WorkerShield is provided as-is. Calopsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
