Calopsis ("we", "us", "our") operates WorkerShield. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We collect information you provide when registering and using WorkerShield, including agency details, user accounts, and worker document data entered into the platform.
We use your information to provide the WorkerShield service, send expiry alerts, process payments, and improve the platform.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hetzner in Europe. Worker passport numbers and sensitive documents are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. Files are stored on Backblaze B2 with access via signed temporary URLs only.
Your data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, all data including uploaded files is permanently deleted within 90 days.
We use the following third-party services: Paddle (payment processing), Backblaze B2 (file storage), Brevo (email), Telegram (alerts). Each has their own privacy policy.
We use essential cookies only for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
